No one teaches us how to breathe, yet it is the most important thing we do to survive! Breathwork is a wonderful practise that improves mental, physical & spiritual wellbeing for all. Breathwork is the use of various beathing techniques to achieve altered states of consciousness that have a multitude of effects on physical, emotional & mental wellness.

Many of these techniques can be useful when needed in everyday life. Breathing techniques including Kapalabhati, Ujjay, Nadi Shodhana, Viloma are shared at Glowments Wellness workshops. Different techniques promote emotional states such as relaxation, meditation, stress relief, calm, energising, detoxifying.
