Glowments Wellness Yoga is centred on Hatha teachings, however other types of yoga such a Vinyasa, Chair, Power, Restorative can be included for certain events & retreats.

Yoga uniquely exercises your mind & body & lifts your spirits. It is beneficial & inclusive to everybody type, age & fitness level. Yoga encourages you to work dynamically using all parts of the body along with your breath & mind. It combines core-strength, flexibility, balance, coordination & improves posture, digestion, weight loss & muscle tone.

For your mind it promotes focus,
confidence, & resilience, helps with anxiety, stress, memory, motor skills & overall mindfulness & wellbeing.

Yoga is at the heart of many Glowments Wellness Retreats & included in the Corporate Wellness Programme, or feel free to get in touch to discuss a private or corporate booking.

Bespoke classes for children & young people are also available. There are regular Yoga classes in person & online at Wed 7pm & Sat 9am At stunning Down Hall Hotel, as well as 1:1 & 1:2 yoga booking options.

During the Summer months there are a special series of ‘Yoga in the Flowers’, we love returning to Writtle Sunflowers for Yoga, Breathwork & many other wellness events, there will be more beautiful destinations being announced soon!
